Here is a list of all the mods I currently have installed. (NOTE: These are only the Mods I have. There are many more out there for all sorts of things, I suggest this site Here)
ARMOR/CLOTHES MODS:
Armor Of The Sten - This is an awesome looking mod specifically for Sten. A retexture of Duncan's armor I believe.
Wings Of Velvet - Beautiful light blue set for mages.
Armor Of The Devout - Nice custom set for Leliana, with a extra blue tinted for use by anyone.
Armor Of The Elven Warden - A personal fave, a custom set of medium armor usable by anyone. Gorgeous!
Grey Warden Runic Armor - A nice silver/gold set of Massive armor complete with weapons/shields.
The Phoenix Armory For Females - Female only set of beautiful custom armor. Various weights and styles, complete with matching daggers and bows. Highly recommend this set to other female players!
Black Templars Armor - Simple recolor of the templar armor, but great for evil characters. And the way Sten looks in it is PERFECT.
Darkspawn Armor - Simply lets you or your companions wear various suits of darkspawn armor. Not my favorite, but good for some I suppose.
Shadow Wardens Armor - Nice custom leather armor reskin. I always pop it on Zevran.
Blood Harvest Robe - Awesome robes for blood mages only.
Wing Of Lilith - Nice looking robe/dress for female human/elf only.
::UPDATED 11/06/11:: Kirkwall Exports - Ports a ton of awesome armor and a few weapons from DA: 2 to Origins. Among them are: The rogue/mage/warrior champion armors which are sooo sweet, the Staff of Parthalan in staff, greatsword and longsword variations, and some companions special armor.

GAMEBREAKERS (Cheat Items, not things that will corrupt saves or anything):
One Second Cooldowns - I LOVE this mod! Basically lets you rapid fire most spells/talents. Cast time is the same, but everything is usable again in one second.
Mega Booster Items - Adds awesome items to your inventory, as well as a unique trigger ring to add more. I spawn the items Booster Amulet and Booster Belt for each character, making you basically unbeatable.
=================================
TOOLS:
DAModder - My fave mod installation tool.
DAO-Modmanager - Another installer, I don't care for it myself but I hear some mods are made specifically for it.
::UPDATED 11/06/11:: CharGenMorph Compiler - Don't know why I didn't list this one before, it's essential for most every mod. If you DL a mod that has a chargenmorphcfg.xml file you basically NEED this to compile them into one single file.
::UPDATED 11/06/11:: pyGFF Editor - This is an awesome thing. It's basically a savegame editor that works for DA: 2 AND has an extra Origins savegame editor. With the Origins editor you can easily edit stats, money, duplicate backpack items, ect. It took me a bit to figure it out, so if you need help with it PM me.

GAMEPLAY TWEAKS, LEVELS, ECT:
Forced Deathblows - Lets face it, we all love it when we get those rare killing animations. Well, with this mod EVERY melee hit is a deathblow! Or, use the Deathblow Lieutenants Plus file instead for slightly more balanced gameplay (I recommend this one).
Dual Wield 2 Handed Weapons - Just like it says, you can now wield mauls, battleaxes and greatswords with one hand, freeing up the other for a shield or another weapon. Or you can choose only mauls, only, greatswords, ect.
Lock Bashing - Yes, now your warriors can smash open locks with reckless abandon. Balanced so that some items in chests will break, but follow the guide on the link to fix that.
SKIP THE FADE! - To me this is a MUST HAVE MOD. Lets you skip over like 95% of the fade portion of the Circle Of Magi. NOTE: This isn't the origin of the Mage character, but a later main quest.
Skip Ostagar - Another fave of mine. Only used it for a short time but no bugs so far. Basically gives you the option, after speaking to the king at Ostagar, to skip Ostagar completely. You skip to Flemeth's Hut after the battle, shaving off up to an hour and a half of what is basically a tutorial.
::UPDATED 11/06/11:: Combat Animations - Alters the combat animations for either male or female characters. I was sick of my character going into battle hunch backed so I love this one.
=================================
HAIR/FACE STUFFS:
Bidelles Cosmetics - A nice set of eyes and what not.
More Hairstyles - Tons of new hairstyles, totally worth getting.
Pineappletree's Vibrant Colors - Adds tons of new colors for eyes, hair, ect. I love this mod.
(NOTE: I have a number of different preset mods for my chars, but I'm not gonna list em since everyone has different taste in character style. If you'd like links to my faves pm me)
=================================
MISCELLANEOUS STUFFS:
Make CONSOLE Commands Visible - A must have for me, I'm a big time cheater.
Faster Two Handed Weapon Swings - Duh, faster swings with two handed weapons.
Console- Add Points - A simple way to add Attribute/Skill/Talent/Specialisations points with easy codes. For cheaters.
Universal Voices - Makes all voices available for use when making character. Gender specific, meaning all male voices for males, all females for females. Simple huh?
=================================
SPELLS:
Evocation- Mage Summons - Basically 5 new summon related skill trees for mages. I'm just now trying it out, so far it's okay, I'm not big into summoning though so it's up to personal taste. Having a Pride Demon fight for you is pretty cool I guess.
Teleport Spell - A basic teleport spell. Lets you teleport around the level you're in to put distance between you and hostiles, limited in range it would seem but still quite useful.
=================================
WEAPONS:
Fenod Weapon Pack - The only weapon mod I bothered getting. Sometimes things don't show up for me, I'm sure that's just on my end, but really nice weapons. Just a tip: combine Sten, dual wield maul mod, black templars armor and the Witherbark weapon from this pack for an awesome sight.
